Hi, I’m Nez, the esthetician behind Lunare Phases Skin Atelier. 🌙 I brought a little of my NYC energy with me to Raleigh and created a space where you can feel safe comfortable, cared for, and confident. As a Licensed Esthetician and Acne Specialist, I’m especially passionate about helping clients who struggle with acne, dark spots, texture, aging, or simply want healthier, glowing skin. I also love incorporating PEPTIDES and advanced skincare treatments to give your skin the extra support it needs. But your appointment is about more than just your skin. I want you to be able to come in, relax, talk to me, ask questions, and never feel judged or intimidated. We’ll figure out what works for you together. Cancellation Policy
LUNARE BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
POLÍTICA DE RESERVAS Y CANCELACIONES DE LUNARE

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review our policies before booking.
Cancellations & ReschedulingA minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
No-Shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
Late Arrivals 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or require rescheduling. If your appointment must be rescheduled, the 50% cancellation fee may apply.
Deposits all deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service. With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
Same-Day & Last-Minute Bookings Appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance are considered confirmed at the time of booking. If canceled or missed, a 50% fee will apply.
